Pathways UMC operates mainly through the hard work and dedication of its members.  We have very few paid positions.  And of those we have some receive only a small amount compared to the hours they spend working for the church.

 Our staff consists of a Youth Minister, Church Secretary, Organist, Pianist, Choir Director, and Custodian.
